Thorsten Bossing brings more than a decade of experience as an Executive in Process Consulting and Project Management in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Mr. Bossing obtained a Degree in Business Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern and an MBA in International Consulting from Pforzheim University. He is also a guest lecturer to a number of Colleges.

Mr. Bossing worked 3 years Financial Management department of the Consumer Goods division of Proctor & Gamble supporting international projects. Mr. Bossing then joined Daimler AG to roll-out Process Management Methods in the Passenger Car Division and at the Financial Services subsidiary. Mr. Bossing has supported Process Management projects across the globe.

In 2005, Mr. Bossing co-founded a Process and IT Consulting firm, where he headed HR and Finance. In 2007, Mr. Bossing established AVANTALION Business Consulting GmbH and took the role of Managing Director. In 2009, he became a Board Member for AVANTALION Consulting Group.

Bijan Khashabian brings 16 years of experience as an Executive and Consultant in Europe and Asia in the Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Tourism industries. Mr. Khashabian obtained a degree in Business Administration from Goethe University in Frankfurt and an MBA in International Consulting from Pforzheim University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP©).

At Daimler Financial Services, the subsidiary of Daimler AG, Mr. Khashabian spearheaded the effort to implement global Process and international Project Management standards & tools. Additionally, Mr. Khashabian was the Project Manager for the establishment of the DaimlerChrysler Auto Finance Company in China. He strongly supported the further establishment of Finance Companies in Russia, Romania and the Middle East (Dubai). In his last role, he was the Program Manager for a multi-year, 500M€ re-structuring and consolidation project in the Program Management Office.

Since 2009, Mr. Khashabian is the Managing Director of AVANTALION International Consulting GmbH and a Member of the Board of Directors for AVANTALION Consulting Group.
