As part of an enterprise-wide BPM initiative, the need emerged to document marketing and sales processes as well as to identify and structure interfaces to other processes.
A SAP-based customer relationship management (CRM) system needed to be implemented.
A foreign subsidiary needed to identify and implement measures to improve overall performance.
AVANTALION supported the client with the documentation of marketing and sales processes with their respective interfaces and was responsible for publicizing the content on the intranet.
AVANTALION supported the development of a project plan and managed the ongoing CRM project.
The restructuring of the foreign subsidiary was supported by AVANTALION via intensive coaching.
Process documentation of sales and marketing processes as well as process interfaces was completed in both German and English within the agreed timeframe and budget.
The CRM project was completed on time, to the desired quality and within budget.
Based on identified and implemented improvement measures, the desired overall performance improvement of the subsidiary was accomplished.
