Project Objectives

The expansion of an international research institute required the optimization of the company processes.

The goal was to improve processes and take advantage of process scalability.

For the control and continuous improvement of the processes, a BPM system, which enables the company to independently execute process management activities,   should be implemented.

Our Contribution

AVANTALION identified, analyzed and optimized company processes. Furthermore, AVANTALION developed and implemented a custom-taylored BPM system, which the company uses independently today.

In addition, AVANTALION supported the project management, especially for founding of new company locations.

Results

In total, 200 process models were developed and many processes successfully optimized and implemented.

A BPM system was developed and implemented. Knowledge transfer to run the system independently was assured.

New company locations were founded and are working successfully today.
