As everyone else, our customer and we have been hit by travel restrictions and lockdowns of offices. However, this doesn’t stop us from delivering our projects. We’re in the last steps prior go-live with a newly setup Automotive Finance Captive. Together with the customer and the IT-vendors, we are ensuring all processes, systems and people are in place to launch the captive on day one after the Covid-19 lockdowns end.
The entire team is working remotely from two continents, in 4 countries across 7 time zones. The project day starts with sunrise in Singapore where we structure the daily activities, kick-start with the project team in UAE a couple of hours later and close the 20h-day off in Portugal – all of it entirely remotely with the complete project team working from home.
