An Europe-wide IT-transformation project challenged the Financial Services company in France.
A comprehensive analysis of local systems, processes and organizational structures to identify critical fields and need for action.
Taking into consideration, dependencies to the central system, feasible implementation solutions were to be identified. Especially ensuring solutions for functional areas no longer covered by the system.
Our Contribution
AVANTALION supported the project at several levels. Among the project setup, especially a comprehensive project and capacity planning, AVANTALION had the role as lead for some sub-projects and provided expert advice related to the segments retail and wholesale.
In these roles AVANTALION and the local team established implementation scenarios and derived business requirements for local adaptations.
Results
All critical fields could be identified during the analysis phase.
Possible solutions as scenarios could be determined and evaluated.
An appropriate documentation was the basis to entry the implementation phase.
